Terms & Conditions for hiring vehicles

• We act only as agents for transporters and while exercising the greatest possible care to give the best services, cannot be held reasonable for any liabilities arising during the use of vehicles for which the transporter is responsible.
• Average Kms chargeable per day is 250. Day means Calendar day.
• The vehicle should return before midnight of the last day of the tour. Otherwise 250 Kms will be charged extra.
• The trip will be terminated as soon as the vehicle returns to Bangalore and the party is dropped at their desired place. THE VEHICLE CAN NOT BE USED FOR LOCAL PURPOSE AFTER THAT EVEN THOUGH THE PARTY HAS PAID FOR THAT FULL DAY.
• D A (Driver Allowance) is applicable between 7 a.m. & 10 p.m. Extra D A will have to be paid if the vehicle is used before 7 a.m. and / or after 10 p.m. 6)Driver will arrange for his own tea, food, accommodation etc. In case the party provides him all the facilities, STILL THE DRIVER ALLOWANCE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID AS PER CLAUSE .
• The amount agreed towards check post charges will have to be paid AT ANY COST, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DRIVER PAYING, NOT PAYING AT ALL, PAYING LESS OR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT AGREED, at the respective check posts. NO RECEIPT OF ANY SORT CAN BE GIVEN AGAINST THIS AMOUNT.Also, the party can not go to check post to make the payment.
• All entrance, toll parking charges etc., for the vehicle during the tour will have to be paid by the party (unless agreed otherwise). These charges are over and above the check post charges.
• No refund of any kind will be given for waste of days and subsequent loss suffered by the party in hotel reservation, Air, Rail reservations or any such other loss, due to natural calamities like Cyclone, Rains, Landslide etc., and/or circumstances beyond control such as Bundh, Riots, Strike or BREAKDOWN OF VEHICLE, and the entire amount WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY THE PARTY without any deductions.
• Any complaint pertaining to driver should be brought to our notice within 3 days of commencement of the journey, by phone and in writing.
• In case of A/C vehicle, If A/C fails on the way, we should be informed immediately over phone and by Fax or Email. The driver of the vehicle should be asked to talk to us and his owner. It should be taken in writing by the driver as to when the A/C stopped functioning and duly signed by him. The rate of Non A/c vehicle of the similar category will be charged for these days on which A/C has not worked, NO OTHER CLAIM WHATSOEVER SHALL BE ENTERTAINED.
• The party will be solely responsible for their valuables like Cash, Jewellery, Camera, Cell phone etc. during the tour.
• All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
• No refund will be granted if the tour is cut short by the party FOR ANY REASON WHATSOVER.

• The Audio Video system provided in vehicle is complimentary, we do not charge anything extra for that and hence, in case the audio or video is not working, is not in the vehicle or stops working during tour NO AMOUNT CAN BE DEDUCTED FROM OUR BILL.
• In case the vehicle is dropped at other places like Chennai, Madurai etc. the toll charges for returning to Bangalore will have to be paid by the party.
