Thoroughly understand about the check in and check out time of the hotels. Every hotel has a different procedure regarding this and we can not remember details of check in / check out time of each and every hotel. The check in / check out time would be as per each hotels rules and will have to be strictly adhered to. It is the responsibility of the guests to verify checkout time and vacate the rooms accordingly.
If as special case we give early check in or late check out, that is solely at our discretion, and can not be taken as rule.
We act only as agents for hotels and while exercising the greatest possible care to give the best services, cannot be held responsible for delay in allotting room, lethargic room services, improper housekeeping or such other services for which the hotel management is liable and responsible.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of luggage and valuables from the room or from the cloak room when the luggage is kept there between the check out time & departure time. It is the responsibility of the guests to safeguard their cash, valuables and luggage.
When you book more than one room with us, we are the hotel management CAN NOT assure, promise or guarantee the rooms next to each other or on the same floor, we can ONLY try our level best to do so.
This voucher is issued for the person/s whose name is mentioned, for the no. of rooms mentioned and for the period which is mentioned therein. This voucher is not transferable nor can it be used for the dates other than those mentioned in it.
Preponement or postponement against this voucher will be done ONLY ONCE and that too subject to availability of rooms on the required date. Rs. 100/- will be charged for the service . If the rooms are not available on the required date and the party wants to cancel the booking, rule no. 8 will apply.
For cancellation, one day tariff & tax will be charged, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE HOTEL RULES OF CANCELLATION. The service charges not connected with hotel bill, collected at the time of booking the hotel, will not be refunded.
No refund will be granted for premature departure from the hotel, for any reason whatsoever.
Please thoroughly understand before booking a hotel that Budget hotels are low cost, having attached bath, hot water only in the morning, may or may not have television, attached restaurant, lift, generator and could be away from center of the town, Bus Terminus and / or Railway Station. Breakfast will never be included in Budget hotels. Deluxe hotels will be 2 star equivalent, having attached bath, colour television(not in places like jungles or houseboats or where there is no network), most of them having attached restaurant, lift, generator and may or may not provide hot water in the evening. The tariff of some deluxe hotels may include complimentary breakfast. But we may take special rates from the hotels for our packages EXCLUDING breakfast and hotel will not give breakfast even though the hotel tariff includes it. Star equivalent hotels are having 3 star facilities and the tariff NORMALLY includes breakfast. These hotels may not necessarily have Swimming pool, Saloon, Shops, Spa, Health Club etc. Also note that 2 star equivalent and / or 3 star equivalent hotels MAY NOT HAVE OFFICIAL STAR ACCREDITION.
When breakfast is included in the hotel tariff, it is COMPLIMENTARY and if you do not take the breakfast, or if you are leaving the hotel before 7.30 A.M., when the breakfast is not ready NO REFUND WHATSOEVER can be given. The hotel is NOT bound to give you packed breakfast either. Also note that the breakfast timings of the hotel should be understood, has to be availed in the restaurant ONLY, CAN NOT be supplied in your room and in case you order breakfast in your room, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY for that EVEN THOUGH THE TARIFF INCLUDES COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST.
All disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only.
