Transportation Terms & Conditions
1. Opening and closing time and kilometres are counted from our office to our office.
2. Day means calendar day.
3. Driver allowance in originating city is between 7 a.m. & 10 p.m. FROM TRANSPORTER’S OFFICE TO OFFICE. If the vehicle used before 7 a.m. or after 10 p.m., extra FULL allowance is applicable. ( In each State, there are different rules for this. In Kerala, it is 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Above this time Rs.300, 400, 500 PER HOUR or PART THEREOF, for Sedan, SUV. Tempo Traveller has to be paid.)
4. In tourist places, the driver allowance is between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. ( In each State, there are different rules for this. ) ( for going from one town to other, it is 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.)
5. The duty is deemed to be terminated once you are dropped at your desired place like hotel, relatives’ home, Railway Station, Airport etc. LOCAL SIGHTSEEING CAN NOT BE DONE ON THE DAY OF GOING TO FIRST DESTINATION OR AFTER COMING FROM LAST DESTINATION. If you want to do, extra charges will be applicable.
6. AC will not be operated while ascending or descending hills and in hills.
7. AC can not be operated while vehicle is parked. If someone does not want to go to a particular sightseeing place, the person can not sit in the vehicle and ask to start the vehicle and turn on AC. Similarly, one can not park the vehicle, ask to keep it on, run AC and have meals etc. in the vehicle.
8. For sightseeing, all people should go together. For example, suppose 2 people are ready in Mysore hotel, others are getting ready, those 2 people can not ask to drop them at, say, zoo, vehicle to come back to hotel, pick up 2 more people, drop at zoo, come back again…… Similarly the first 2 finish visit to zoo early, they can not ask the driver to drop them at next point, say, Palace, return to Zoo, pick up few more, drop to Palace, return to Zoo, pick up more…….. All will have to go to next point together. If not, the remaining persons will have to take local auto or so, to reach next point.
8A. One time sightseeing is covered for each place. If you go to the same place again, parking charges you will have to pay directly. In certain cases, if the running exceeds beyond certain limit, extra km charges too you will have to pay directly.
9. Please make sure you give driver proper time to have his meals.
10. Interstate taxes are for one entry for one week. If you come out of the state once, and re enter the state again, say, after 3 days, that State’s tax will have to be paid again.
11. Itinerary can not be changed or amended once the tour begins – EVEN THOUGH IT COMES WITHIN STIPULATED KILOMETRES RUNNING.
The tour can not be altered for other places out of itinerary. The vehicles are booked ONLY for the itinerary given by you and quotes given accordingly.
12. If anyone vomits in the vehicle, Rs.500 will have to be given to driver for cleaning the vehicle – EACH TIME.
13. Eating pan, gutkha and spitting from windows is NOT permitted.
14. Passenger sitting next to the driver MUST wear seat belt WHILE SITTING IN VEHICLE.
15. The driver will keep your luggage in car or put on carrier and cover and tie it. He will NOT come to drop or pick up your luggage to and from your hotel room. Nor he will come on railway platform, bus stand etc. to pick up or drop your luggage.
16. Keep your valuables locked safely. We are not responsible for any valuable items lost during the tour.
17. If you damage the vehicle, you will have to bear the charges of repairing.
18. When you keep your luggage in car and go for meals, sightseeing etc., it is your responsibility to properly lock your luggage and NOT to keep your valuables like cash, jewellery, shopping done etc. in the vehicle. The driver AND WE, will not be responsible for loss, theft etc. of your belongings.
19. The driver is NOT a guide. He will take you to all sightseeing places, drop you near the entrance and will park the vehicle in the parking lot. He wii NOT go to buy your entrance tickets – you have to buy yourself. He will not be able to explain any details about the monuments, history etc. You can either check from Wikipedia or Google. In few places like Mysore city, Agra, Minaxi Temple of Madurai etc., local guides are available. You can decide charges and pay them directly. The Mysore guide is NOT allowed in Mysore Palace. Perhaps, Agra Guide is not allowed in Taj Mahal – there are different guides for that.
20. The driver is NOT your Coolie. He will arrange to put up your luggage in Dickey or carrier and take down. But he will not come on Railway platform, airport, your hotel rooms to drop or carry your luggage.
PLEASE NOTE : THE GIVEN ITINERARY IS INDICATIVE AND GIVES DETAILS OF PLACES WE COVER AT EACH TOURIST DESTINATION. THE TIMING IS SUBJECT TO YOUR GETTING READY AND GETTING INTO YOUR VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WILL COVER THE PLACES AS PER THE TIMINGS. IF SOME SPOT IS CLOSED ON ONE DAY, HE MAY TAKE YOU THERE ON NEXT DAY. ALSO, HE WILL TAKE YOU TO PLACES WHICH COME ON THE WAY DURING JOURNEY IN SUCH A WAY THAT YOU DON’T WASTE TIME & MISS ANY IMPORTANT PLACE OF SIGHTSEEING. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY DRIVER.

WE ARE WORKING AS SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR BOOKING HOTELS, TRANSPORATION, CRUISES ETC. AND CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISHAP, ACCIDENT ETC. OCCURRED DUE TO THEIR FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, MISTAKE. ETC.
DELAYED, CANCE LLED AND YOU REACH YOUR FIRST DESTINATION LATE, MISS SOME SIGHTSEEING, NO REFUND CAN BE GIVEN AS VEHICLE AND HOTELS ARE BOOKED AND FULL PAYMENT MADE TO THEM.
1. THE RATES MENTIONED ARE FOR NORMAL PERIOD. THE RATES WILL BE MORE ON WEEKENDS, LONG WEEKENDS, VACATIONS LIKE SUMMER, DUSSHERA, DIWALI, CHRITSMAS ETC.
2. CHILDREN BELOW 6 YEARS ARE COMPLIMENTARY, PROVIDED, THEY SHARE PARENTS’ BED. THE BREAKFAST TO CHILDREN WILL BE GIVEN AS PER THE HOTELS’ RULES. MUST CARRY CHILDREN’S AGE PROOF.
3. IDENTITY PROOF OF NAME IN WHICH THE ROOMS ARE BOOKED MUST BE CARRIED ALONG IN THE TOUR AND PRESENTED WHEN REQUIRED, ESPECIALLY, AT THE TIME OF CHECKING IN HOTELS.
4. ROOMS ARE ON TWIN AND TRIPLE SHARING BASIS. 1 ROOM FOR 2 OR 3 PERSONS, 2 ROOMS FOR 4 OR 6 PERSONS ETC. NORMALLY, 4 ADULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN ONE ROOM.
5. BUDGET ROOMS DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST – SOME BUDGET HOTELS EVEN MAY NOT HAVE RESTAURANTS, LIFTS ETC.
6. CHECK IN INTO HOTELS AND CHECK OUT FROM HOTELS WILL BE AS PER THE HOTELS’ RULES.
7. BREAKFAST PROVIDED IN THE HOTELS IS COMPLIMENTARY, AND WHAT THEY GIVE THAT ONLY HAS TO BE TAKEN. NO CHOICE. SIMILLARLY, IF PACKAGE IS TAKEN WITH LUNCH OR DINNER, VEG OR NON VEG, IT WILL HAVE TO BE TAKEN AS PER
THE MENU FIXED BY THE HOTELS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TASTE, QUALITY OR QUANTITY OF THE FOOD PROIVIDED IN PACKAGE.
8. ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED PACKAGE INCLUDING MEAL/S, IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO TAKE THE MEAL/S FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. YOU CAN SORT OUT WTH THE HOTEL DIRECTLY. IF THEY AGREE TO
TO GIVE REFUND, YOU WILL HAVE TO COLLECT IT DIRECTLY FROM THEM, BECAUSE WE PAY FULL MONEY TO HOTELS AT THE TIME OF CONFIRMING YOUR PACKAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.
9. TRANSPORTATION IS PROVIDED AS PER THE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE AT EACH DESTINATION FROM WHERE THE VEHICLE IS BOOKED.
10. ONLY THE PLACES MENTIONED IN THE ITINERARY WILL BE SHOWN AND ONLY ONCE. IN CASE GUESTS WANT TO VISIT ONE PLACE TWICE, THE PARKING OF SECOND TIME WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY GUESTS.
11. IN SAND DUNES, TENTS CHARGES WILL BE MORE. THE TENTS ARE FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH. 1 NIGHT STAY, LUNCH, HIGH TEA, DINNER, CULTURAL PROGRAMME AND NEXT DAY BREAKFAST INCLUDED.
THE CHARGES FOR BIKE RIDE, CAMEL RIDE, JEEP RIDE ETC. IN DESERT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE AND WILL HAVE TO BE PAID BY GUESTS.
12. VEHICLES’ PARKING, TOLL CHARGES, DRIVER ALLOWANCE [8 A.M. TO 9 P.M.] ARE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. ENTRY FEES TO THE MONUMENTS, TICKETS FOR RIDES ETC. ARE NOT INCLUDED.
13. SOME SIGHTSEEING MAY REMAIN CLOSED ON PARTICULAR DAYS. FOR EXAMPLE, TAJ MAHAL REMAINS CLOSED ON FRIDAY. MAKE SURE YOU PLAN YOUR TOUR ACCORDINGLY.
14. IF DUE TO SUDDEN, UNEXPECTED STRIKE, BUNDH, PROTESTS HAPPENING DURING THE TOUR, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO SEE ANY PLACES, WE ARE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PROCEED AS PER THE ITINERARY.THE VEHICLES ARE STONED, BURNED, DAMAGED BY PROTESTORS AND RISK CAN NOT BE TAKEN.
15. CANCELLATION CHARGES :-
A. BEFORE 10 DAYS OF BEGINNING OF TOUR – NIL. B. BETWEEN 7 & 10 DAYS OF BEGINNING OF TOUR – 20%. C. WITHIN 5 AND 7 DAYS OF BEGINNING OF TOUR – 50%. WITHIN 5 DAYS OF BEGINNING OF TOUR – 100%
